Poland seeks to hold “honest talks” with the US after it was blindsided by Washington’s decision to halt deployment of its troops to the NATO ally, according to Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz.

“We understand there’s a reorganization of the US presence in Europe but this reorganization can’t happen at the cost of the biggest American ally in Europe,” Kosiniak-Kamysz said on Monday.
