Morgan Stanley Poaches JPMorgan’s Bladt in German M&A Push

Morgan Stanley has hired JPMorgan Chase & Co. dealmaker Sebastian Bladt as the Wall Street lender pushes to strengthen its coverage in German-speaking regions, according to people familiar with the matter.

Bladt, who was most recently head of JPMorgan’s M&A execution for Germany and Austria, will assume a coverage role at Morgan Stanley later this year, the people said, declining to be identified because the information is private.
