Philippine Senator Ronald Dela Rosa, wanted by the International Criminal Court on allegations of crimes against humanity, is still in the country and has no plans to leave, according to a fellow senator.

“He won’t leave. He loves the Philippines,” Senator Robin Padilla, an ally of Dela Rosa, told reporters on Monday.
