Fuel Protests Over Pump Prices Paralyze Kenya’s Public Transport

Bonfires, stones and uprooted guardrails blocked major thoroughfares into the capital, Nairobi. Residents that use public transport were forced to walk to work, and rioters turned back private vehicles trying to access the city center.
