Danish Fund, GPSC Said to Mull Sale of Taiwan Offshore Wind Farm

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and Thailand’s Global Power Synergy Pcl are considering selling their offshore wind farm in Taiwan, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Danish investment firm and GPSC, whose controlling shareholder is Thai oil and gas group PTT Pcl, are speaking with financial advisers about a potential sale of the Changfang and Xidao venture, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private. An option could also be a stake sale, one of the people said.
