Africa’s richest man is boosting his investment in an Ethiopian fertilizer complex to over $4 billion, making the country the second-largest recipient of investments from the Dangote Group.

In addition to a two-million-ton NPK fertilizer blending plant, Aliko Dangote now plans a 110 km (68-mile) natural gas pipeline, a 120 megawatt power plant, and a polypropylene packaging facility, he told reporters in Gode town in Ethiopia’s southeastern Somali region.
