Singapore University Endowment Hires Prudential Veteran as CIO

Singapore Management University’s endowment has named Don Guo as chief investment officer, turning to a Prudential Plc veteran to oversee the $1.2 billion fund.

Guo started on April 1, replacing Harvey Toor, who will leave the school at the end of June, a spokesperson for the university confirmed in an emailed statement. Guo was group CIO of insurer Prudential from September 2022 until he stepped down last year.
