Russia Orders Euroclear to Pay €200 Billion to Central Bank

The Moscow arbitration court backed in full the Bank of Russia’s claim to recover funds from the Belgium-based depository, Interfax reported Friday, citing Euroclear lawyers Maxim Kulkov and Sergey Savelyev.
