Epiris, Oakley Consortium Are Said to Join Fray for Gamma

UK buyout firm Epiris and a separate Oakley Capital-backed investor group are considering a potential acquisition of London-listed telecommunication services company Gamma Communications Plc, people with knowledge of the matter said.

Oakley is studying a deal for Gamma in a consortium with others including British entrepreneur Matthew Riley, the people said, asking not not to be identified because the information is private.
