Adtek Files for Hong Kong IPO, Adding to Chinese AI Listings

Shenzhen Adtek Technology Co. has filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong, adding to a wave of listings by Chinese companies related to data centers and artificial intelligence.

The provider of optical connectivity products for data centers, networks and telecommunications operators submitted documents to the Hong Kong stock exchange, according to a filing Friday, which confirmed an earlier report by Bloomberg News. Citic Securities Co. and Jefferies Financial Group Inc. are joint sponsors on the potential share sale.
