Cerebras Raises $5.55 Billion in Year’s Biggest IPO

Artificial intelligence chipmaker Cerebras Systems Inc. raised $5.55 billion in its US initial public offering. The company priced its shares at $185 each, giving Cerebras a market value of about $40 billion, based on the shares offered and outstanding in its filings. Bloomberg’s Neil Campling reports.
