Bolsonaro Ties to Banco Master CEO Rock Brazil Presidential Race

Leaked audio messages linking Brazilian presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro to the man at the center of a multibillion-dollar bank fraud scandal are threatening to torpedo the right-wing senator’s campaign before it even gets started.

Bolsonaro sought millions of dollars in financial support from Daniel Vorcaro, the jailed ex-chief executive of collapsed Banco Master SA, for a film about his father, former President Jair Bolsonaro, The Intercept Brasil reported Wednesday, citing documents and text messages it obtained.
