Blackstone Inc.-backed Bagmane Prime Office REIT rose on its trading debut on Thursday after raising $360 million in an initial public offering.

Units of the REIT gained as much as 4.5% in Mumbai to 104.50 rupees, compared with the IPO price 100 rupees apiece, giving it a market value of about $3.7 billion.
