Wells Fargo Markets Investment-Grade Bond Sale in Three Parts

Wells Fargo & Co. is offering investment-grade bonds in as many as three parts, a month after the bank reported weaker-than-expected results for the first quarter.

The San Francisco-based firm is marketing callable notesBloomberg Terminal with maturities ranging from three to six years, according to a person familiar with the matter. The longest-tenored security is being offered with a spread of around one percentage point above Treasuries, said the person, who asked not to be identified because they’re not authorized to speak publicly. Proceeds are for general corporate purposes.
