Varda Space Industries Inc. is expanding plans for orbital pharmaceutical manufacturing beyond its recent success in crystallizing HIV drug Ritonavir in space, Chief Executive Officer Will Bruey said.

“This is just the tip of the iceberg because it is such a broad technology that affects so many drugs,” Bruey said Wednesday in a Bloomberg Television interview.
