Marcos Says Government Not Involved as Gunshots Heard in Senate

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said the government was not involved in an incident where gunshots were heard at the Senate building late Wednesday.

“It was not the government that did this,” Marcos said in a video statement broadcast on his Facebook account.
