Golub Capital Names Co-CEO, Co-Presidents for First Time

Alternative asset manager Golub Capital is promoting its president, David Golub, to co-chief executive officer alongside his brother Lawrence Golub.

The firm is also naming three co-presidents for the first time, including two new hires who previously held senior roles at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and HSBC Holdings Plc, according to a statement, which confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report.
