Golub Capital Names Co-CEO, Co-Presidents for First Time

Alternative asset manager Golub Capital is promoting its president, David Golub, to co-chief executive officer alongside his brother Lawrence Golub.

The firm is also naming three co-presidents for the first time, including two new hires who previously held senior roles at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and HSBC Holdings Plc, according to an investor letter reviewed by Bloomberg News.
