The shares plunged as much as 16% to the lowest since Feb. 25 after the company said it received a notice from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission requiring it to assist in an investigation regarding market announcements issued between Nov. 1 and Nov. 20, according to an exchange filing Tuesday.
