Ramaphosa to Address South Africa as Parliament Readies Inquiry

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa will address the nation on Monday, a day before a report forming the basis of an impeachment committee’s probe into his actions is submitted to parliament.

The president will deliver a televised address at 8 p.m. from Pretoria, following a May 8 Constitutional Court ruling ordering parliament to initiate an impeachment process, the presidency said.
