Prosus Sells 5% Stake in Delivery Hero to Activist Investor

Prosus NV is selling a 5% stake in Delivery Hero SE to Aspex Management, the second-largest shareholder of the German e-commerce firm that has been pushing its chief executive officer to offload more assets or leave the company.

The deal will take place at a 22% premium to Delivery Hero’s 30-day volume weighted average price, according to an emailed statement on Monday. Prosus will make about €335 million ($395 million) from the deal, the Amsterdam-based firm said.
