Jes Staley Asked to Sit for US House Interview Over Epstein Ties

US House lawmakers asked Jes Staley, a former top executive at Barclays Plc and JPMorgan Chase & Co., for an interview in its ongoing probe into disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.

“Due to public reporting, documents released by the Department of Justice, and documents obtained by the Committee, the Committee believes you have information that will assist in its investigation,” House Oversight Chairman James Comer said in a Monday letter to Staley.
