FSD Africa to Raise $400 Million SME Financing for Five Nations

FSD Africa, an agency backed by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, is establishing funds to raise as much as $400 million of capital for small businesses in five nations.

The agency launched the Rwanda SME Growth Fund last week, the first under its Catalytic Transactions initiative, according to David Tetteh, a director at FSD Africa.
