Festus Mogae, Who Led Botswana for a Decade, Has Died at 86

Festus Mogae, an Oxford-educated economist who served as president of Botswana for a decade before stepping down, has died. He was 86.

Mogae passed away on Friday morning, Duma Boko, the current president, said in a national address, declaring three days of mourning.
