Dunkin’ Owner Inspire Brands Files Confidentially for US IPO

Inspire Brands Inc., the owner of fast-food chains Dunkin’, Arby’s and Jimmy John’s, filed confidentially for a US initial public offering.

The number of shares and price range for the proposed offering haven’t been determined, according to a company statementBloomberg Terminal Friday. The IPO could raise roughly $2 billion, people familiar with the matter have said.
