Bulgaria Lawmakers Approve Radev’s Cabinet After Landslide Win
Bulgaria’s parliament voted in the nation’s first single-party government with a majority this century after Rumen Radev’s landslide victory, ushering in another European Union leader critical of the bloc’s mainstream.
The move to appoint incoming premier Radev’s government was approved by 122 lawmakers in the 240-member legislature on Friday, with 70 lawmakers opposing and 36 abstaining from the vote.
