Thailand, Cambodia Seek to Rebuild Ties After Deadly Clashes

The neighbors will pursue “practical, confidence-building measures“ starting with immediate, common-ground issues, Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said Thursday after meeting Cambodian counterpart Hun Manet on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations summit in the Philippines.
