Polish Drone Maker Eyes Significant Growth From EU Defense Loans

Polish producer of military drones WB Electronics sees the European Union’s loans-for-weapons program as a “significant growth factor” for the company that’s considering an initial public offering.

“The European defense industry has been mainly driven by the Ukrainian war in recent years and this may be shifting now,” supervisory board member Olga Wojciechowska told the Future of Finance Bloomberg forum in Warsaw.
