Merz Slams UniCredit for Destroying Trust in Commerzbank Bid

Chancellor Friedrich Merz reinforced his criticism of UniCredit SpA’s bid for Commerzbank AG, saying the Italian lender was destroying trust as it attempts to take over Germany’s second-largest bank.
