Macquarie Profit Jumps, Commodities Chief Paid $25.5 Million

Macquarie Group Ltd.’s commodities and global markets division chief Simon Wright got a pay bump after profit within the bank’s key business drove earnings growth at the Australian firm.

Wright’s remuneration soared about 56% to A$35.4 million ($25.5 million) for the year, the firm’s annual report showed. Chief Executive Officer Shemara Wikramanayake got A$26.5 million.
