Virgin Australia Holdings Ltd. is likely to extend flight cuts into the third quarter of 2026 as the Iran war continues to send fuel costs spiraling, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The airline, Australia’s second-largest carrier, has previously announced capacity reductions for the quarter ending June. Beyond then, Virgin has less hedging protection against pricier fuel, making it more exposed to market fluctuations.
