Ares, JPMorgan Ink $800 Million Private Credit Deal for GoodLife

A group including Ares Management Corp. provided around $800 million in a private credit deal to finance Apollo Global Management Inc.’s investment in the GoodLife Group, which operates health clubs in Canada, according to people familiar with the matter.

Antares Capital and JPMorgan Chase & Co. were also lenders in the financing, which included a $675 million first-lien term loan and a $125 million revolver, said the people, who asked not to be named discussing private information.
