Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. reported fourth-quarter profit that missed expectations, as the nation’s largest carmaker grappled with rising costs exacerbated by the Iran war.

Net income at the Indian unit of Suzuki Motor Corp. came in at 35.9 billion rupees ($380 million) in the period ended March, lagging the 40.9 billion-rupee average estimate compiled by Bloomberg. Revenue climbed to 524.5 billion rupees, topping estimates of 508.8 billion rupees.
