Russia and Ukraine Exchange 193 Prisoners Each in Latest Swap

Russia and Ukraine exchanged prisoners of war on Friday, swapping 193 from each side, the two countries said.

“It’s important that exchanges are happening and that our people are returning home,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Telegram. “I thank everyone working to make these exchanges possible.”
