Battery Supplier Yangzhou Nanopore Is Said to File for HK IPO
Chinese battery materials maker Yangzhou Nanopore Innovative Materials Technology Ltd. has filed confidentially for an initial public offering in Hong Kong that could raise at least $200 million, according people familiar with the matter.
Yangzhou Nanopore is working with banks including BNP Paribas SA on the planned IPO, the people said on condition of not being identified because the information isn’t public. It is targeting to list by the end of this year, the people said.
