European Stocks Drop as US-Iran Tensions Simmer; Reckitt Falls

European stocks fell as traders digested a slew of earnings and a series of mixed headlines from the Middle East.

The Stoxx Europe 600 Index declined 0.3% at the close. Travel and leisure shares were among the biggest laggards as Brent crude climbed to $102 a barrel.
