AI Firms Seeking Office Space Boost London Developers’ Outlook

London property developers are benefiting from the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence companies, driving demand for premium office and corporate campus space.

Helical Plc is renting out a 20,000 square-foot (1.860 square-meter) office to Incident.io, an AI-powered incident management platform, at its London building The Bower, thanks to the “resurgence of the tech occupier market,” it said in a trading update Wednesday.
