Ireland Trims Economic-Growth Projections on Iran Conflict

Ireland cut this year’s economic-growth projection, citing the conflict in the Middle East.
Modified Domestic Demand — a measure that excludes the activity of multinational companies based in the country — will grow 2.1% in 2026, the Department of Finance said Tuesday in its Spring Economic Forecast. That’s down from 2.3% before.
