Baird Capital Raises $450 Million for Private Equity Fund

The private equity arm of financial services firm Robert W. Baird & Co. has raised $450 million for a fund that will invest in lower middle market companies in the US and the UK.

Baird Capital’s Global Fund III is 30% larger than the previous vehicle and has already deployed capital for three investments, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
