Russia Detained German Citizen for Alleged Terror Attack: IFX

The FSB said the suspect, a woman born in 1969, had acted on instructions from Ukrainian intelligence agencies. It said electronic warfare systems detected and blocked an explosive device in the detainee’s backpack while she was near a law enforcement facility in Pyatigorsk.
