Russia’s Lukoil Norsi Plant Suffers Fire From Ukrainian Hit
A fire broke out at Lukoil PJSC’s Norsi refinery, one of the largest in Russia, following Ukraine’s latest strike on its foe’s energy infrastructure.
Falling debris from drones damaged two facilities at Lukoil’s refinery in the Nizhny Novgorod region about 450 kilometers (280 miles) east of Moscow, with the blaze later contained, local governor Gleb Nikitin said in a Telegram statement on Sunday.
