Russia’s Oil Port Ust-Luga Damaged in New Drone Attack

Drones targeted the port area early Tuesday morning, regional governor Alexander Drozdenko said in a Telegram post. He did not provide details on the extent of the damage to the facility, which handles crude and oil products as well as chemicals, fertilizers and general cargo.
