China Renews Call for Iran War End as Pakistan Envoy Visits

China pushed for a swift end to the US-Israel war in Iran and vowed to expand communications with Pakistan, which has emerged as a key intermediary in the conflict, now in its fifth week.

The pledge coincides with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar making a visit to China on Tuesday at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, according to a statement from Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry.
