Robosense Expects More Growth From Sensors Used in Robotics

RoboSense Technology Co. posted its first quarterly profit on the strength of new digital lidar technology as it ramps up expansion into the fast-growing robotics business.

The Chinese car-sensor maker’s lidar innovations offer better performance from higher resolutions coupled with lower costs, Mark Qiu, the company’s chief executive officer, said in a Bloomberg TV interview.
