Putin Says He Will Visit Vietnam in 2026 at Talks With Premier

“We’re coming to a very friendly country, and that’s always very noticeable,” Putin said Wednesday in televised comments. “Our dialog is always exceptionally sincere and trusting, like between close friends.”
