India’s BPCL Taps Trade Director Heda to Lead Singapore Unit

Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd. will start operating a Singapore office in the quarter beginning April, according to people familiar with the matter, with an initial focus on procuring crude oil in the trading hub.

Bharat Petroleum Global Energy Services (Singapore) Pte will be led by Manoj Heda, currently BPCL’s executive director of international trade, according to a statement from the company. Heda will be the entity’s chief executive officer, while Manish Parikh will be its chief financial officer, it also said.
