Zhejiang, Geely Deepen Ties to Build World-Class Auto Cluster
China’s Zhejiang provincial government signed a new strategic cooperation agreement with automobile group Geely, deepening ties as the region seeks to strengthen its position in the global electric‑vehicle supply chain.
The agreement aims to broaden industrial coordination, with Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co. designated as a lead company to drive integration across the automotive value chain, according to a statement Saturday on the automaker’s official WeChat account. The focus will be on smart manufacturing, new‑energy vehicles and connected‑car technologies.
