Venture Global Greenlights $8.6 Billion US LNG Export Expansion

The company announced a final investment decision and the closing of financing for a second phase of its CP2 terminal. Lenders include a consortium of banks such as Banco Santander, Bank of America, Bank of China and Goldman Sachs. Lead arrangers for the term loan include Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria and MUFG Bank Ltd.
