US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer on Friday signed an agreement finalizing a trade deal with Ecuador, reducing tariff rates on a number of goods traded between the two economies.

“President Trump is unlocking commercially meaningful market access for American farmers and manufacturers, opening Ecuador’s market of over 18 million consumers to U.S. agricultural and industrial exports,” Greer said in a statement.
