Germany’s Bundesbank will give up its historic headquarters, ending a decade of uncertainty over the brutalist building as it seeks a new property closer to Frankfurt’s city center.

There’s no decision yet on where the Bundesbank’s new seat will be, President Joachim Nagel told journalists at a press conference on Wednesday. The old premises will be sold to Frankfurt authorities to house a school for European Union employees, including those of the European Central Bank.
